Yes, we ship internationally - How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the current processing time.
For Asia countries, typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 - 14 business days.
For Non-Asia countries, typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 10 - 20 business days.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs or other unforeseen circumstances. - What are your shipping costs?
Due to Pos Malaysia suspending delivery services to the USA and Canada, we have secured specialized courier services to replace them. ✨ It is fully tracked. These are the latest rates:
USA (DDP/ Duty Paid):
- DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) means the final price charged at checkout includes the 19% duty/tax on your item’s value. You will pay NO extra fees upon delivery.
- Economy: ~25 Days — $18 + 19% of item value
- Express: ~5 Days — $38 + 19% of item value
Canada:
- Prices do not include taxes or duties. You may have to pay these separately, depending on local regulations.
- Economy: ~20 Days — $30 (We will update you if we find a better option!)
- Express: ~5 Days — $38
🌎 Other International Destinations
- All other international destinations are charged a flat rate of $17 USD, which also includes full tracking!
- Economy: Approximately 25 days, $17 USD
- Express: Approximately 5 days, $38–60 USD (We will compare and use the lowest fee!)
