- are they durable?
while each figurine is baked and hardened, they are still fragile handmade art pieces. they require delicate care and are not meant for rough handling. please treat them with the same love i put into making them! - are they safe for children?
we use non-toxic polymer clay, but due to small parts and their delicate nature, they are for display only. please keep them away from very small children and curious pets. 🐰 - can i request a custom order?
yes! we love bringing your ideas to life. please email us at hello@pennpeel.com to check on our current custom slot availability. - how do i clean my puppybunny / little charms?
please use a microfiber cloth (like the ones used for cleaning spectacles) to gently wipe away dust. avoid harsh chemicals like alcohol, as they will damage the glossy resin finish! 🫧

- how long does a preorder take?
preorder items require 2 to 4 weeks to be meticulously hand-sculpted and cured before they are ready to head home. - important note: this processing time excludes shipping transit time. thank you so much for your patience while i create your new friend! ♡

yes! we ship to almost every corner of the world from our studio in malaysia. 🌎✨ - how much is shipping?
all shipping rates are calculated and available upon checkout based on your location and order weight.pro-tip: shipping fees for figurines stay the same whether you adopt 1 or 4 friends! - 💌 new: sticker-only shipping!
we now have a special, lower-cost shipping lane just for sticker-only orders. if you are only buying stickers, this lighter rate will appear automatically at checkout.
📜 the fine print
- usa orders (ddp): for our usa customers, the final price at checkout includes all duties and taxes. no extra fees upon delivery! ✌️
- customs & duties: for all other countries, any local import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- delivery times: shipping estimates are provided by our couriers. while we wish we could control the mail, delays due to customs or weather are beyond our studio's control.
